Digital Rights within Constitutional Framework

‘Exploring Digital Rights Within a Constitutional Framework’ was an event organized by DRN in collaboration with Constitutional Lawyers Forum (CLaF) on 28th November 2021. The meeting highlighted the scope of digital rights within the existing legislation of Nepal. Major objectives of the event were to explore digital rights within the constitutional framework and discuss over advocacy of digital rights. It also focused on usefulness and importance of digital rights in the global context and analyzed possibilities and challenges to implement it. The meeting was successful on facilitating discourse and discussion regarding digital rights as human rights and its value in the constitutional framework.
